Eastern Academy Webmaster Part of Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame “Class of 2020-2021”

Eastern Academy are please to announce that our Webmaster, Jack Barrett, will be inducted into Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame for the class of 2020-2021.

Jack will become the first Special Olympian to be named into Canada’s highest permanent sports honour.

He will inducted alongside other sports legends such as Sonja Gaudet (Wheelchair Curling), Diane Jones Konihowski (Athletics), Lorie Kane (Golf), Eric LaMaze (Equestrian Showjumping), and Steve Nash (Basketball) in the “Athlete” category.

The induction ceremony will be held sometime in 2021.
